What drives the build fee
- Number of automations in scope (typically 3-5 at this fee band).
- Number of integrations required across your stack.
- Whether AI is involved — adds time for prompt engineering, testing, and human-in-the-loop design.
- Custom development required (vs off-the-shelf low-code).
The audit produces a precise build fee for your specific scope.
What's NOT in the fee
- Tooling subscriptions (Zapier, Make, OpenAI, etc.) — paid by you, owned by you.
- Licences for any third-party software we recommend.

Is the audit fee deducted from the build fee if we proceed?+
No. The audit and build are priced independently. The audit is a deliverable in its own right and is yours regardless of whether you proceed.
Do you offer payment plans?+
For builds, we typically invoice 50% on kickoff and 50% on delivery. For larger engagements (£30K+) we'll structure milestones.
